A Church of Our Lady of Presentation dates from 1606, and at this time the baptismal font was placed.
Close to a very busy area of Aveiro, but inside you feel the calm that invites modesty.
The chants (ambient music) invite reflection.
A facade is decorated with two tile panels and the interior, fully covered in gilded carving, highlighting one Gothic Virgin, in alabaster.
Built in the late 17th century, early 18th century, over a chapel dedicated to S. Gonçalo, had two distinct parts, with its construction belonging to the first part of the 18th century, having undergone a modification in the second half of this same century.
